SHE'S HOME

Dear friends and family,
We wanted to let you all know that Joy was released from Duke and arrived "home" at 2:30 this afternoon. She enjoyed stepping out into the sunshine and the fresh air for the first time in a month. We thought you all would enjoy seeing this picture taken of her this morning. Thank you all again for all your kind words, thoughts, prayers and best wishes. You all played a huge part in why she is where she is today. I know she is going to sleep good tonight. God Bless, Catherine

Dear Joy and family!

What a beautiful picture and so thoughtful to add to the Blogs we have been receiving. We prayed for this day and here it is. Hallelujah! Keep up the great efforts Joy - it is paying off beautifully. Wayne has been fantastic keeping us informed and we loved the personal notes too from the family.

Love, Dave and Jan

Joy, so good to see your smiling face. You look great! Wayne, thank you for keeping us posted each and every day. I know it had to be difficult to write about the bad days you all had. BUT, the message today is the one we have all been praying for. Thank you, God. Sharon

With Joy's homecoming everyone's prayers have been answered. We hope that the transition from Hospital help to being on your own will go well. You all will continue to be in our prayers.

Wow! I've been out of the loop as we just got back from our trip, but what exciting news! I'm just ecstatic as is everyone else who has been routing for the Bulla team.
Ashley is in a nice apartment with tennis courts and a pool. For now, she has a bed and two bean bag chairs, but is very happy to be 10 minutes from the beach. Samson did great on the trip and we're saying that he is "officially housebroken". He learned a new trick on the trip, "Hide". This came in handy when we sneaked him into motels. It's a riot! Love to you, Joy, and the family. P.S. I love the smile on your face, Joy!

Dear Pastor Joy, Wayne and family,

Jackie Moyer emailed this blog to me after i asked how best to contact you. I had previously sent an email to the email address when you were living in Algonquin. We had your picture that on the blog on our power point in church this morning. You certainly have our continued prayers for your complete recovery and I wanted to let you you certainly not forgotten at Pecatonica.

Warm regards,
Don Rose
