Intense back pain continues with minimal relief despite large doses of narcotics. Doctor suspicions a rib fracture although recent MRI is inconclusive. Further testing has been scheduled for Monday. Pain has been severe enough to essentially confine her to the house and bedrest.

Hey Joy & Wayne,
We're sorry to hear that you're still dealing with that pain issue. Wish there was something we could say or do to make Joy feel better. We're pulling for you! You've probably heard, Fred & Shirley are back in Florida. Shirley has surgery next week. Dan has completed his cross-country bike trip and is flying to Englewood to help out. We're hard at work, ready for the football season. Hope Joy is feeling fine extra soon!
Love to all,
Steve & Trina
Dear Joy and Wayne
We pray that Joy's pain will be relieved soon and completely. Healing is going on in spite of the pain. There has to be an answer to this debilitating situation. Maybe Monday the answer will appear.
Joy please remember that many people are praying for you and know in their hearts that much better times are coming for you.
Love
Kitty and Bill
I've been reading your blog for some time now. I lost my mother in February of 2007. She was not a candidate for transplant. Your strenth, courage and faith are truly remarkable. You are a hero in my eyes. If you want to e-mail me at LMP7765@yahoo.com I would love to share more. I pray for you and wish you the best.
Sincerely,
Laura Peterson
